YOGA AT YOUR OFFICE
Starting or finishing your day at the office with an hour of yoga - or even at lunch break - is the best way to stay motivated, positive and healthy at work.
No matter if you and your colleagues are familiar or new to the subject of yoga, I offer a practice that will make each one of you feel the benefits right away:

I will adapt the practice depending on the time of day we meet and the circumstances at your office. The class will be hosted in English or German.
