YOGA AT YOUR OFFICE / WITH YOUR COLLEAGUES IN THE WWW
Starting or finishing your day at the (home) office with some yoga - or even at lunch break - is the best way to stay motivated, positive and healthy.
No matter if you and your colleagues are familiar or new to the subject, I offer a practice that will make each one of you feel the benefits right away:
