I am now regularly teaching at Lagree Loft am Phoenixsee in Dortmund – a studio with a truly special view of the lake. In good weather, we move all classes that aren't Aerial Yoga straight out onto the terrace right by the water.
Monday
5:30 – 6:45 PM: Aerial Yoga (75 minutes)
7:00 – 8:00 PM: Aerial Yin Yoga (60 minutes)
Tuesday
7:30 – 8:45 AM: Aerial Yoga (75 minutes)
Wednesday
5:30 – 6:30 PM: Power Vinyasa (60 minutes)
6:45 – 7:45 PM: Yin Yoga (60 minutes)
Aerial Yoga for beginners!
My Aerial Yoga classes at Lagree are aimed at beginners and give you a great introduction to this special sport. Still, you'll have accomplished a lot by the end: we stretch, strengthen, hang, and stand in/with the hammock... – all at a pace that suits everyone, so that truly anyone can join in.
There are a few changes to the schedule that I think are really positive. Partly it’s because I have more time for more classes again, but also because I’m getting to know you and your needs here in D
