long time no see

I've been out of town for quite some time during the fall and winter months, and unfortunately, I've also been dealing with frequent illnesses. I'm still unsure what caused such a shift in my immune system, but it seems I can no longer call myself someone who never gets sick. At least not at the moment but I am eager to get my energy back.

However, I'm back on the teaching mat and excited to step in for some substitute classes at the studios where I already teach, as well as explore some new locations. Looking forward to it!
