SACRED ROOTS – YIN YOGA FOR SELF-CONFIDENCE AND INTUITION

In celebration of International Women's Day this Saturday, March 8th, John & Jane’s Soulbase and I have prepared a special 45-minute Yin Yoga session.

This class will focus on the Root Chakra, guiding you toward greater self-confidence and intuition. Through a carefully curated blend of asanas, lighting, scents, sounds, and mantras, we’ll create a grounding and empowering experience.
