SCHEDULE CHANGE @CYBEROBICS

Due to the summer break I stopped streaming the FLOW (pro) class each Monday at 10:30. But I'm still there on Fridays with a Flow (advanced) in German and sometimes in between to sub for another instructor.

*Cyberobics is an App that streams live classes that are recorded in the John Reed @Gesundbrunner in Berlin (e.g.) where you can also participate in person.

The live stream is not only available inside the app but also in the course rooms of each John Reed, McFit, Golds Gym & High 5 Gym. -> DACH area and sometimes other countries in Europe)
