SUCCESSFULLY FINISHED THE 2ND AERIAL YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

After many many days, weeks & months of work to create my own Aerial Yoga Teacher Training and now having successfully finished two rounds of 50h with 2 different groups of participants in 2023 makes me so happy and grateful.

We just ended the 2nd round on November 12th. 50h in 5 days means 10h per day which we spread out over 2 weekends including 1 Friday.

That sounds very tough and I don’t want to pretend that it’s not but we’re not hanging in the hammock ALL of these hours but also discuss the asanas, we're putting flows together, practice to instruct others and so on..

The girls - btw boys are also welcome ;) - changed their game so much within these days and I can’t wait to follow their future steps.
