I am so happy announce that in partnership with Every Damn Day Yoga I'll be hosting an Aerial Yoga Teacher Training LEVEL 1 next year in March.
Besides my Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga classes I have taught hundreds of Aerial Yoga Classes and have learned so much that I very much feel like passing on what I know and sending more Aerial Yoga Teachers into this world. ;-) We're not enough.

ASANAS Learn the basics asanas and more. INSTRUCTION You'll be able to instruct the asanas with clear intention and demonstration. SPOT & ASSIST You'll learn how to spot all your yogis and how to give necessary assists. COMMON ERRORS Be prepared for possible errors that may occur and learn how to avoid them. MEANING & PURPOSE Understand the meaning and purpose of the movements. OWN PRACTICE Feel the confidence to safely go through the movement yourself.
FLOWS Learn to connect the asanas in a meaningful way. We will teach you pre-made flows and on the other hand we show you how to put together your own flows in a meaningful way.
EQUIPMENT Learn all important information about the sling and accessories: attachment of the sling, distances to walls and neighboring sling, suspension possibilities and the ceiling height. MANUAL You will receive a detailed manual with all important information at the beginning of the training and afterwards also in digital form, so that you can access it anytime and anywhere. Recall you're newly learned skills (also with video clip material).
