Delighted to share that I'll be conducting an Aerial Yoga Workshop and some aerial classes at various venues across Hamburg. I'll be in town from March 21st to 24th, and you can catch me at the following locations:

There are many possibilities to move in the hammock but I noticed that most people struggle with putting these asanas together and actually flow from one to the next using playful transitions.
In this 3h workshop we will learn, try out, play with asanas that you probably haven't come across yet and also the ones that are considered more common to make sense of our sequencing and get the most out of it.
