ROOFTOP SUNSET YOGA & ICE BATH

This Tuesday - July 18th - Inner Sun and me are hosting a sunset session up on a rooftop with a beautiful view over the city in Berlin, Prenzlauer Berg. I will be instructing through a yoga class of 60mins and a breath work session right after for those who also want the benefits of the Ice Dip in the end of the day.
