Instead of online Yoga on Thursday mornings we can now meet each other live and in color for some Hatha-Vinyasa (+ Karma Yoga right after).
The idea is that we'll start the day right and in friendly company. Yoga with our mats on the thick grass while listening to the bird tweets. And if after Savasana you got a little more time left join me for a Clean Up through Mauerpark.
I will provide you with bio degradable / recycled trash bags and plastic gloves if needed* and go for a clean up walk. It is up to you how much time you'd like to spend. I think anything between 15-60 mins is amazing.
*If you have, bring reusable gloves.
