From this week on I'm teaching an additional Cyberobics Class each Friday 17:00 - 17:50.
Like my weekly Monday class at 10:30 this one is also a ''FLOW'' but it's a level 2 (''advanced'') in stead of a level 3 (''pro'') and the Friday class is in German.
